Instructions to Parents

1. Parents should give sufficient attention and time to their wards and help them in their studies at home and sign the student’s diary daily.

2. Parents are not permitted to walk into class-rooms or interview teachers during class hours. The Principal’s permission is must in this matter.

3. The Name, Roll No., Section and class of the pupil must be clearly marked on all his/her belongings.

4. Parents should sign the Progress Reports and letters when requested. Failure to do so will Jeopardise the progress of their child.

5. Parents are requested to attend the Parents-Teachers meeting on the last Saturday of every month.

6. In all official correspondence with the school the full name of the child together with class, section and Roll No. should be stated.

7. Parents are requested to make the payment of school fee before the 10th of every month.

8. If school dues are not paid by the due date, the parents are bound to pay the late fee fine.

9. Pupil’s name will be struck off the rolls if dues remain unpaid by 20th of every month. Re-admission if granted will only be allowed when all previous dues along-with the fine cleared.

10. Parents are advised to avoid taking frequent leaves for their wards.
